Seller's obligations

1. Be responsible for delivering the goods conforming to the Contract to the vessel designated by the Buyer at the named port of loading within the date or period specified in the Contract, in accordance with the usual port methods, and give the Buyer adequate notice.
2. Handle the export procedures of goods and obtain export licenses or other approval documents.
3. Bear all affairs until the goods cross the ship's rail at the port of loading.
4. Responsible for providing commercial invoices and usual documents proving delivery of the goods to the ship.

Buyer's obligation

1. Responsible for payment of accounts as stipulated in the contract.
2. Responsible for chartering or booking the vessel, paying the freight and giving the Seller adequate notice of the name of the vessel, the place of shipment and the required time of delivery.
3.Obtain, at your own risk and expense, import licences or other authorizations and complete all customs formalities for the importation of goods and, if necessary, for their transit through another State.
4. Bear all costs and risks after the goods have crossed the ship's rail at the port of loading.
5. Receive the goods delivered by the seller in accordance with the contract and accept documents in accordance with the contract.
